Since I am making at least 22 different soups this year I knew I needed to up my cornbread recipe. After searching through numerous recipes I decided to use The gingered whisk Sourdough cornbread recipe. It was definitely a five out of five!
It was moist. It was flavorful. It was delicious. Best of all, it was easy to mix up and bake. I highly recommend you give it a try! I didn't try any of the other recipes on her blog, but they all looked amazing!
Maybe it was the sourdough. Something made this cornbread's taste and texture the best I've had.
